Absolute Imaging and Partners provide New Technology & Knowledge Transfer Workshop in Istanbul

Absolute Imaging, along with It’s technical partners Sound QI Solutions Ltd. (Sound QI) and Subsurface Dynamics Inc. (SSD), recently presented a four-day workshop in Istanbul, Türkiye. It was attended by members of the G&G and Engineering teams of several Libyan companies and also included representation from the Libyan NOC. It consisted of a review of recent work done in Libya by Absolute for one of the participants and overviews of our advanced technologies, including refraction statics, noise & advanced multiple suppression, 5D Interpolation, Anisotropy and Depth & Diffraction Imaging.

Sound QI and SSD provided insight into their Quantitative Interpretation and Reservoir Engineering workflows, technologies and expertise, respectively.

Absolute Imaging appreciates the efforts of Alesteshari International Inc. who helped in facilitating this workshop, the presenters and the participants, both in person and virtually, during the course of the four days. We look forward to continuing to build bridges between Canada and Libya with future presentations and projects.
